FAQ

 

¨ Rentals will be considered for 3 days or more.  A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm and hold your dates (download a generic reservation sheet below to describe how to secure your reservation)  Deposits can be made by bank wire directly into our bank account in the USA.  You may also pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express via Paypal.com (3.5% fee must be added).  A PayPal form must be filled out (download below)  Western Union is also accepted.

¨ Upon arrival, our friendly staff will meet you at your apartment with your keys and orient you with the apartment.  Your remaining balance will be due at check-in.  Also, a security deposit will also be collected at this time and will be returned to you in full, provided everything is in the same condition as arrival.  Please treat this apartment as your own.

 

¨ Early check-in and late check-out are available.  Early check-in constitutes anything before 2pm.  Late check-out constitutes anything after 12pm.  The fee for this is 50% of the normal day rate being charged.

 

¨ The property is meant for a maximum of 4 people.  A passport or national ID must be presented at check-in.  The use of this property by more than the capacity limits will result in the termination of the rental agreement.

 

¨ Any cancellations made with 16 or more days notice before your scheduled arrival date will be charged two night’s rent.  Any cancellation made within 10-15 days notice will be charged 3 nights rent.  Any cancellation made less than 9 days notice before your arrival date will have your entire deposit forfeited.

 

¨ This is a no smoking unit.  Please smoke on the beautiful terrace.

 

¨ We cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen items while you are in the apartment.  We provide two separate safes, please lock up all of your valuables

 

¨ And finally...We are thrilled to have you as our guests.  We hope you love Buenos Aires and our neighborhood as much as we do. 

 

¨ All bookings have an administrative fee of $35.00.  The prices on this webpage include all taxes and utilities but do not include this administrative fee.
