Airport Transfers - $50 either way
Our staff driver can pick you up from either the Ezeiza Ministro Pistarini International Airport (EZE) or the Jorge Newbery AeroPark Airport (AEP). Likewise, at the end of your trip, Reynaldo can drive you back to the airport. The cost for each way is $50 (usd) Please contact us prior to your trip so the necessary arrangements can be made.
Cellphone - No cost
A gsm (sim-card) cell phone is provided to you at no cost. These are simple to use and directions will be provided for you upon arrival to our apartment
Concierge - No cost
Sue Rasmussen is a local (porteno) to Buenos Aires and is a wealth of information for our guests. Any questions you may have concerning tourists spots, restaurants, clubs and events, Sue will have the answer. She is also fluent in English so youll have no communication problems. You will meet Sue when you arrive at the apartment. Youll also have a number to reach her for any questions during your visit.
Direct Contact With The Owners - No cost
Unlike most management companies, youll have direct phone access to the owners of the apartment. Questions, problems or suggestions? Youre welcome to contact us with the Vonage phone, free of any charge. The number is posted. Our primary goal is your comfort and happiness. Weve worked hard to create a beautiful apartment and we want you to leave satisfied.
Tour Guide - $10 per hr / 5 hr minimum
Rachel is our local tour guide and can arrange sightseeing for you. She is a native of the United Kingdom and has spent the last 2 years in Buenos Aires. As both a foreigner and a local now, she has great insight into the city of Buenos Aires and is happy to assist in touring people around. Whether its a day trip or a night out in the clubs, Rachel is ready to act as your tour guide. Contact us prior to your trip or anytime while youre in Buenos Aires. Well try to accommodate your requests.
Welcome Basket - No cost
Upon your arrival, well have a welcome basket waiting for you at the apartment. Wine, water & food to start off your trip right. Its our small way of saying Thanks for choosing us!
VOIP Phone - Daily $6/ Week $18/ Month $40
Unlimited international calls using our VOIP phone (Vonage) Nominal toll charges may apply for some international calling. No charge to use the phone to contact us (the owners)
Extra Maid Visits
Extra maid visits can be scheduled for $50 per cleaning.
Rental Info
Rentals will be considered for 3 days or more. A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm and hold your dates. Deposits can be made by bank wire directly into our bank account in the USA. You may also pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express via Paypal.com (3.5% fee must be added). Western Union is also accepted. 3 weeks prior to your arrival, the full amount must be paid using any of the methods described above. This full amount also includes a security deposit of $600.
Upon arrival, our friendly staff will meet you at your apartment with your keys and orient you with the apartment. At this time, you will inspect the property and note any pre-existing damage. Upon check-out, the apartment will again be inspected. If no new damage exists, the security deposit will be returned to you in full. Please remember to treat this apartment as your own.

Any cancellations made with 16 or more days notice before your scheduled arrival date will be charged two nights rent. Any cancellation made within 10-15 days notice will be charged 3 nights rent. Any cancellation made less than 9 days notice before your arrival date will forfeit your entire rental cost. Please remember that potentially other guests and bookings were turned-away for your requested days. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.
This is a no smoking unit. Please smoke on the beautiful terrace.
We cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen items while you are in the apartment. We provide two separate safes, please lock up all of your valuables

This super ultra-luxury apartment has over 1000 square feet of living space and is located in the heart of Recoleta. It has just been completely remodeled and is situated nicely between Recoleta Village and the famous shopping street of Avenida Sante Fe. This location has everything at your doorstep including 5 star restaurants, bars, health clubs, laundry services, massages or food shopping. This is a true 5 star property in which no expense was spared during renovation.
The property features a beautiful 400 square foot private terrace and is truly an oasis within the city. Surrounded by lush plantings you can relax to the sound of your water fountain or heat up with your own outdoor fireplace. Located at the back of the building it has no street noise and provides a perfect atmosphere for relaxing after a day of touring in the city
The apartment features high-end designer leather and wood furnishings. The living room has a Sanyo 32 LCD flat screen television and features floor to ceiling windows and doors that open up to the terrace. Artwork, specially commissioned for the rooms, fills the walls with lively colors. Marble floors flow from the inside to the outside and this light and bright space is a perfect alternative to those who dont want to be cramped in a small hotel room or apartment.
Four guests can be accommodated comfortably in the propertys two bedrooms. The master suite features a designer white leather king size bed and can be separated from the rest of the apartment with a close of a door. It also has floor to ceiling doors and windows that open up to the private terrace. The walls also feature artwork that has been specially commissioned for the room. Huge floor to ceiling custom closets will hold even the most ambitious wardrobes. The second lofted bedroom is accessed through its own stairs and features a queen sized bed with its own custom closets. The second bedroom is completely private from the Master Suite and has warm wood floors. The property features two beautifully renovated full-sized bathrooms so sharing will not be an issue.
Chefs wont be disappointed by the propertys kitchen as well. It has everything you will need including a stainless steel range, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster and all utensils needed for cooking. The kitchen has granite counter tops and beautiful tile-work. All finishes are top-notch and wont disappoint.
The business center is found in the second lofted area of the apartment. It features a custom, built-in desk and WIFI high speed internet access throughout the apartment. The second lofted area also has a special chill area with custom pillows and cushions, perfect for reading or hanging out.
This is truly a special and unique property and whether your stay is short or long-term in Buenos Aires it is perfect for pampering yourself while away from home.

Reuben and Tim have been business partners for over 15 years and own and manage multiple properties around the USA. Tim a 20+ year Producer of Visual Effects and Reuben a 20 + year veteran of Real Estate Sales, ventured to Argentina in the Fall of 2006 on a whim vacation, fell in love with the city, the people, the amazing food and its beautiful architecture. After 6 days and many hours of scouring the city, Tim and Reuben found this unlisted property for sale and instantly fell in love with its location and architectural beauty. 6 months later they closed on the property and the rest is history. Sue Rasmussen
Sue Rasmussen, a native Argentine and a local, seasoned realtor with Reynolds Propiedades, is now the acting property Manager for Reuben and Tim at Azcuenaga 1352. Sues knowledge of real estate and property management makes her a shining star. Sues services include real estate sales, property management and concierge services for the Azcuenaga property. Sue is always ready to assist with any of your needs and supervises all staff for the Azcuenaga property. She also Speaks English fluently!

Johanna, our Maid, is a wonderful woman who has a heart of gold. Married and mother of two, Johanna takes immense pride in her work and is always a joy to be around. Always bright eyed and cheery, Johanna is in charge of cleaning, laundry and supplies in addition to inventory control.
Rachel
Rachel is our local tour guide. A UK native, she is a lovely young lady that has resided in BA for over 2 years now. Rachels very knowledgeable about Buenos Aires and knows all of the tourists areas like the back of her hand. Rachel enjoys showing people around the city and has the inside know how on the hot night spots in BA. Juan Carlos is the maintenance man for our apartment. A native to Buenos Aires, Juan has been instrumental to our team from the day we took possession of the property. He has always been ready to serve and is incredibly nice and considerate. Juans responsible include: Property maintenance and gardening.

Neighborhood
The Neighborhood (or Barrio) of Recoleta has been referred to as the Paris of Americas. Many French-style palaces and villas were built in the area, especially on Avenida Alvear, and the verdant squares are known for their cafés, bars & restaurants. The neighborhood features many mansions built by the most important families of Buenos Aires, some used as embassies.
You're only a short walk from everything the city has to offer!

The Azcuenaga apartment exceeded our expectations with well appointed bathrooms, artfully decorated living areas, and the wifi-cable computer loft. However, the most enchanting area was the lush, enclosed patio with wall fountain. Our home away from home was also used as a base camp to explore the splendor of Buenos Aires, Mar Del Plata, Balcarace and Uruguay. Especially intriguing was the close proximity of wonderful family-owned restaurants and businesses. Allowing us to create new international friendships, with whom we are keeping in touch with today. Our teens also felt comfortable walking around town, and so did we. As an added bonus to this experience was a gracious gentleman name Juan-Carlos, who looked after us and went above and beyond his duties as portero. We hope to use our home away from home many times again. We love Buenos Aires!

Our stay at 1352 Azcuenaga was fabulous. Its close to everything and it was absolutely safe. We were within walking distance to many of the best sites and shopping, and within a U$S 5.00 - 7.00 cab ride to Palermo, Nunez, San Telmo, and La Boca. And a "Subte" stop was only three blocks away. It was very easy to get around the city from our apartment, and the amenities of the apartment made staying in very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Keys To The Apartment
The keys should remain on you at all times. Like most doors in Buenos Aires, once the door closes, it automatically locks, so be sure you have the keys with you! In the event you lock yourself out, the Poteria has a spare copy and can let you back into the apartment. Juan Carlos does not speak English and works Monday thru Friday from 8am to 8pm. He can also be reached in his apartment by pressing the Porteria button on the inside wall near the front glass entry door.
Nearest Hospital / Emergency Room
The nearest emergency room is at the corner of Ecuador and Beruti
Directions: From the front of the building turn right. Take Beruti two blocks past Avenida Pueyrredon. It will be on your right hand side.
The nearest regular hospital is on Avenida Pueyrredon and French. The name of the hospital is Hospital Aleman
Grocery Store
COTO is the nearest large grocery store. It is found on the corner of French Street and Avenida Peuyrredon.
Directions: From the front of the building turn left, go two blocks down to French and turn left. The store will be on the right hand side, about 2 blocks down.
Video Store
The local video store that has the best selection is on French Street. The magnet is on the fridge.
Directions: From the front of the building turn left and go to French Street. Turn right and it will be on the right hand side of the street. They speak English.
Laundry
There is a great laundry shop across the street from the apartment, just to the right. They do not speak English but they are very friendly and will have your laundry washed and folded for about $10.00 pesos per load.
Directions: Go out of apartment and cross the street. It will be on your left, about a 1/2 block down.
Dry Cleaning
There are several dry cleaners in the neighborhood. Service is usually about 2-3 days. The one we use is on Azcuenaga, one block past French on your left side.
Directions: Go left out of the apartment and go about 3 blocks down.
Tipping
Tipping in Buenos Aires isnt the same as it is in the States or Europe. For taxi drivers, you can give the drive the extra change, up to the next peso. In restaurants, standard tipping is 10%. In bars many times you will only tip with the first drink. However, nicer places may have standards closer to the States or Europe.
